Stenbrohult Nature ReserveShow map
The nature reserve of Stenbrohult is close to Lake Möckeln
A large part of the reserve is covered by hardwood forest, for example European hornbeam, lime, beech, and oak. The area is also rich in birdlife as well as some rare species of wild bees. To further increase meadows and hardwood forests, parts of the reserve will be restored.
Improved accessibility to the area, adjacent to the cultural reserve of Råshult, is intended in the future. The reserve covers some 110 acres of land, with the main railway line cutting right through the area.
